I had a steel roof replaced a year ago on my commercial building.
It was finished at the end of October 2024. The first rainfall we had it leaked. It also leaked from frost then melt. The contractor had many engineers and specialists out but they were baffled. At one point last winter they brought Mike in for his thoughts. Within 5 minutes he knew the issue and had a solution.
It took months to negotiate with the original contractor but we were finally able to have Mike and his crew perform the fix. They were fast and efficient, great with communication and got the job done. No leaks after rain!!
